GOOD MORNING!
So this is my favorite salad recipe by far. It's just so delicious, easy to make and I'd like to think healthier than Big Macs. Whenever there's a shortage of ideas what to make for lunch and I start brainstorming different recipes this salad is the outcome.
1 paprika
cucumber
3-4 potatoes
cherry tomatoes
chicken fillet
lettuce
sesame seeds
olive oil
honey
balsamic sauce
soy sauce
First thing to do is to fry potatoes. Then it's time for the chicken to hit the pan. I add about 0,5dl of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey to the pan after the chicken is crispy to make a strong sauce for the salad. I just like really strong flavors. At the same time you can toast the sesame seeds on a try pan and add them to the salad to give it another nuance of flavor ( I usually add them on my own portion right before eating, because some just prefer a salad without them). Then mix everything together in a bowl, add a bit of balsamic sauce and the sauce from the chicken and give it all a good stir. Don't forget the seasoning!!!
